Select of Email Mobile 30-day Quarantine Inspection (RED seal) appointment request Any vessel wishing to launch at Folsom Lake or Lake Clementine must be inspected, logged into the WID system and a RED quarantine seal attached to the vessel and trailer for at least 30 days. The seal must remain intact, and the vessel must not have been launched in any other waterbody during the 30-day quarantine period prior to being authorized to launch. Vessels that have finished the 30-day quarantine may return to Folsom Lake or Lake Clementine to have the seal removed by authorized staff prior to launch. The inspection and red seal application process typically takes 15 minutes. Larger or more complex vessels with multiple compartments may take longer.
